座落在舊民生綠園圓環，依著臺灣文學館、臺南美術一館與孔子廟而居。周圍林立著各式個性小店、小吃老店、特色酒吧，位在相當具有生命力的舊城區。
林恩吧以烈酒為主，從威士忌、蘭姆酒到白蘭地、梅茲卡爾等皆在架上。酒館以圖書館為概念，如同在圖書館內書本在書架上排列，各色烈酒皆陳列於書架上，酒友們皆能按圖索驥找到自己喜愛的酒。
酒館的空間不大，卻藏有1000支以上烈酒。酒館的酒櫃為開放式，立於吧台之外，酒友們能夠如同在圖書館中自己翻找喜愛的酒瓶，並且品嚐其中風味。
林恩吧，一座沒有書的圖書館。Located by the former Minsheng Green Park Roundabout, the bar sits close to the National Museum of Taiwan Literature, Tainan Art Museum Building 1, and the Tainan Confucius Temple. Surrounded by distinctive independent shops, long-established local eateries, and characterful bars, it lies in one of Tainan’s most vibrant historic districts.
Lyne Spirits specializes in spirits, with a collection ranging from whisky and rum to brandy, mezcal, and beyond. Designed around the concept of a library, the bar displays its bottles much like books arranged on shelves. Guests can browse the collection and find the bottle that speaks to their own taste.
Though intimate in size, Lyne Spirits houses a remarkable collection of over 1,000 bottles of spirits. Its open shelving stands beyond the bar counter, allowing guests to wander through the selection just as they might browse books in a library—discovering a bottle, pouring a dram, and exploring the flavors within.
Lyne Spirits — a library without books.つての民生緑園ロータリーのそば、国立台湾文学館、台南市美術館1館、台南孔子廟に寄り添うように佇むバー。周辺には個性豊かなショップや昔ながらの小吃店、特色あるバーが点在し、台南旧市街ならではの活気に満ちたエリアに位置しています。
**林恩吧（Linn Bar）**はスピリッツを中心としたバーで、ウイスキー、ラム、ブランデー、メスカルなど、幅広い蒸留酒を取り揃えています。コンセプトは「図書館」。本が書棚に並ぶように、さまざまなスピリッツが棚いっぱいに並び、訪れる人はその中から自分の好みに合う一本を探すことができます。
決して広くはない店内には、1,000本を超えるスピリッツが収められています。ボトル棚はカウンターの外側に設けられたオープンスタイル。まるで図書館で本を探すように、自ら棚を眺め、気になるボトルを見つけ、その味わいを楽しむことができます。
