秋天總帶著一絲難以言喻的惆悵。《秋遙》將這份情緒化作酒標：女孩身著復古洋裝，靜立於紅磚老屋前，身旁狐狸默默相伴，像一同走在時間的縫隙裡，回望過往，也輕聲告別某段故事。這是一支為「慢」而生的酒，適合在安靜時刻獨自品飲，讓香氣與微苦尾韻緩緩展開，如秋風拂面，帶著涼意，也帶著溫柔。它不是讓人遺忘，而是在淡淡愁緒之中，仍拾起一絲光亮與思念。Autumn often carries a quiet, unspoken melancholy. Akiharuka transforms that feeling into its label: a girl in a vintage dress stands before an old red-brick house, with a fox silently by her side, as if walking together through the cracks of time—looking back on the past while softly letting a story go. This is a whisky made for slowness, best enjoyed in a peaceful moment, allowing its aroma and gently bittersweet finish to unfold at their own pace. Like an autumn breeze, it feels cool yet tender. It is not meant to make you forget, but to help you find a little warmth, light, and remembrance within the sadness.秋には、言葉にしにくい淡い哀愁があります。『秋遙』は、その気配をラベルに映した一本です。レトロなワンピースをまとった少女が赤レンガの古い家の前に静かに佇み、傍らには一匹の狐が寄り添う。まるで時間の隙間を一緒に歩きながら、過去を振り返り、ある物語にそっと別れを告げているかのようです。この酒は「ゆっくり味わう」ための一本。静かな時間にグラスを傾ければ、香りとほのかな苦みの余韻がゆるやかに広がります。秋風のように少しひんやりしながらも、やさしさとぬくもりを残してくれます。

香水感輕透，花蜜蜜桃與雪松礦物氣息交織，烘烤杏仁與夏威夷果帶麵包酵母香，深層貴腐酒與玉蘭花香氣縈繞。入口酸甜明顯，鳳梨酸澀與麝香葡萄甜，中段乳脂白麝香香草奶昔包覆口腔，木瓜牛奶與牛奶糖不斷浮現；尾韻帶草本清甜、甘蔗花蜜、杜松與嫩薑，最後野薑花香悠長。Light and airy, with floral nectar, peach, and cedar minerality intertwined; roasted almonds and macadamia with a bready yeast aroma; deep notes of noble rot wine and magnolia linger. On the palate, pronounced sweet and sour, pineapple tartness and muscat grape sweetness; mid-palate enveloped by creamy white musk vanilla milkshake, with papaya milk and milk candy continually emerging; the finish carries herbal sweetness, sugarcane blossom nectar, juniper, and young ginger, ending with a lingering wild ginger flower aroma.軽やかで透き通るような香り、花の蜜、桃、杉の鉱物感が交わり、ローストアーモンドとマカダミアナッツがパン酵母の香りを伴う。深みのある貴腐ワインとモクレンの香りが漂う。口に含むと酸味と甘味がはっきりし、パイナップルの酸味とマスカットの甘みが広がる。中盤ではクリーミーなホワイトムスクとバニラのミルクシェイクが口内を包み、パパイヤミルクやミルクキャンディが次々と現れる。フィニッシュはハーブの清らかな甘み、サトウキビの花蜜、ジュニパー、若いジンジャーを伴い、最後に野生のジンジャーフラワーの香りが長く続く。
