系列酒款以 11 年熟成威士忌搭配加烈酒桶為主軸，並至少於加烈酒桶中後熟兩年。不是追求過度濃烈的桶味，而是在原酒與桶陳之間取得平衡，為每一段旅程留下完整而有趣的收尾。Little Black Cat OKANE’s Journey through Japan is inspired by OKANE, the beloved cat of WATASHI WHISKY’s founder. It imagines a journey that is often difficult to realise in real life—travelling through Japan together with our pets. Whenever we travel abroad, there is always a little regret that our furry companions cannot come along. Through this series, OKANE gets to see Mt. Fuji, feel the ocean breeze, and share every journey with us.
The series focuses on 11-year-old whiskies matured or finished in fortified wine casks, with at least two years of finishing. Rather than overwhelming the spirit with cask influence, the aim is to find balance—giving each journey a distinctive and memorable ending.『黒猫OKANEの日本旅』は、WATASHI WHISKYの創業者が一緒に暮らす愛猫OKANEを主人公にしたシリーズです。海外へ出かけるたび、大切なペットを一緒に連れて行けない寂しさが残る。だからこそ、このシリーズではOKANEと一緒に富士山を眺め、海風を感じ、日本各地を旅する物語を描いています。
花香與蜂蜜杏仁交織燻木與燉梨甜韻，入口可可紅茶焦糖微煙燻，尾韻乾木單寧與黑巧香草悠長。Floral notes and honeyed almonds intertwined with smoky wood and stewed pear sweetness; on the palate, cocoa, black tea, caramel, and subtle smoke; the finish lingers with dry wood tannins and dark chocolate with vanilla.花の香りとハチミツアーモンドが燻製の木と煮た洋梨の甘みと交わり、口に含むとココア、紅茶、キャラメル、ほのかなスモークが広がる。フィニッシュはドライウッドのタンニンとダークチョコレート、バニラが長く続く。
